We ship to all 50 states. Standard and express shipping options are available for all domestic orders. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may have extended delivery times.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our shipping locations.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
Subscription Orders: Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped according to your selected frequency. You'll receive a shipping notification for each delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@bruu-it.com and we'll do our best to update the address.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package appears lost (no tracking updates for 7+ days) or arrives damaged, please contact us.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, express shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Our products are food items and are subject to standard food shipping regulations. We ensure all packages are properly sealed and labeled for safe transport.
